You can restrict which cryptocurrencies and networks customers can pay with to fulfill your payment requests. By default, all supported currencies and networks are available. Whenever CryptoProcessing adds support for a new cryptocurrency or network, it becomes available by default for all merchants. To disable a specific cryptocurrency or network, follow the steps below. These settings affect only the payment currency, not the expected currency. See Currency selection for more details.
1
Go to Settings → Payment requests.
2
On the Currencies tab, click Manage.
3
In the dialog that appears, enable or disable specific currency-network pairs by clicking on network names next to the currencies. Search by currency ISO or network name if necessary.Disabling a currency-network pair means that the customer will not be able to pay in this specific currency over this network. Disabling all networks for a currency means the currency will not be available for the customer at all. Make sure at least one currency-network pair stays selected, i.e. at least one network is allowed for at least one currency.

Enter your 2FA code and click Save changes. The updated settings take effect immediately and affect all new payment requests you create — both via merchant dashboard and via API. They also apply to any ongoing payment requests for which currency selection hasn’t been confirmed yet.
