This page describes how to create a customer deposit address via the merchant dashboard. Such an address is intended to be shared with a customer manually, and deposits to it will not trigger API callbacks.

In your merchant dashboard, go to the Balances tab and select a cryptocurrency.

Click Receive in the panel that opens.

Click Create new address.

Specify the required user data.See User data collection for details on what information may be required. If the deposit address is for internal use, select the Internal address checkbox instead.

Enter a unique Name for the deposit address. We recommend describing the expected purpose of the transactions to this address, e.g., “Deposits from John Doe”.

Select the Type of the deposit address.

Enter your 2FA code and click Confirm.
