Available to roles: Owner You can refund all or part of a completed payment request at any time. The refund is always sent in the same cryptocurrency and network the customer used to pay, and the amount is deducted from your balance. For an overview of how refunds work, see Payment request refunds.

In your merchant dashboard, go to the Payment requests tab.

Find the payment request and click the arrow icon to open it.

In the top-right corner, click Actions, then Create refund.

Enter the refund amount.

You can refund the full amount or a partial amount. The maximum refundable amount is shown below the amount field. Review the fee and final amount deducted from your balance before proceeding.

Optionally, enter a reason for the refund in the Reason field.

Enter your 2FA code and click Create.

Click Done to close the confirmation.

Once the refund is created, the amount is deducted from your balance and your customer receives an email with a secure link to claim their refund. You can track the refund status in the refunds section of the payment request. See Payment request statuses for details.
