Bank Accounts and Fiat Transactions

First step in order to withdraw fiat funds would be addition of a new bank account to your merchant account, it can be done via the "Bank accounts" tab. You can add a bank account by pressing the “Add Bank Account” button. To be fully implemented, it first needs to be approved by our team
After, a form will appear, in which you will need to fill in all the necessary fields and click "Submit" to confirm the action. The standard application review time is 24 to 48 hours. If necessary, the Compliance Department may request additional documents through your Account Manager.
Once it’s done, you will be able to use this account to withdraw your fiat funds from the merchant account. At the moment fiat transactions in EUR are available.
To withdraw fiat funds you need to press the “Withdrawal” button near the corresponding fiat currency on the tab “Balances”. Once it’s done you will need to choose the bank account that you’ve added and specify the withdrawal amount.
After that you will need to confirm your withdrawal by entering 2FA code and submitting it.
Please note, only you (the merchant) can operate fiat funds, your users won’t be able to deposit or withdraw in fiat.
In order to refill your balance in fiat you need to press the “Top Up” button near the corresponding fiat currency on the tab “Balances”. After that you will need to pick a payment method (SEPA), choose a bank and specify the amount of the deposit. Once you finish that step a bank invoice will be formed and you will be able to submit the order.
You will be able to check this pending transaction on the “Transaction” tab.
